Letter from a supporter : Remebers a day when Woolwich Arsenal beat Leicester Fosse on the Manor ground 8-0. He crossed the Woolwich Ferry onto a tram to Beresford square. Crammed with Arsenal supporters it left the rails on a sharp bend plunged into a Bakers shop . after a severe shaking they ran so as not to be late for the match. That was 62 yrs ago. He still attends every match with his Son 46 yrs old and his Grandson 21 yrs Old.l
